Dr. Moffatt has been exclusively serving the medical needs of public safety agencies since 1988. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his work and is an active member of the IAFF/IAFC Wellness-Fitness Initiative, the NIOSH Firefighter Cardiovascular Mortality Research and Surveillance Program, the IAFF Redmond Foundation Medical Advisory Board, and the IACP Police Physicians Section. Dr. Moffatt was born and raised in Indianapolis.
