Answer:
We exclusively serve public safety agencies and have been doing so since 1988. Having seen more police, fire and sheriff employees than any other provider in the state, there are very few medical and psychological administrative issues that we have not dealt with. In addition, we are actively involved with a number of public safety organizations to keep us on the cutting edge of the needs and issues.

Question: How do we get started?

Answer:
Every client is unique and has different needs. Therefore, we will customize our approach to work with you.

Initially, we will set-up a meeting to develop a service list of your requirements from which a service agreement will be created. Once you have approved the services, we will create a schedule and implementation process for your examinations.

 

Question: What is your turnaround time for PERF applicant evaluations?

Answer:
We provide departments with complete documentation of the results within 7-10 days of the appointment.

 

Question: Do I get the same pricing for services that other departments receive?

Answer:
Yes. Our prices are the same for every department; however, you may select from various packages or choose services a la carte.

No discount pricing means to us—no discount service.

 

 

Question: How accessible is your staff if I have questions?

Answer:
We pride ourselves on our accessibility. Our staff is available before, during, or after your evaluations. Our staff can handle scheduling, service-oriented questions, or questions about your evaluation findings by phone, e-mail or through this Web site on the Contact Us page.
